COVID-19 Message on Behalf of Bellasera Resort

Our team at Bellasera Resort is closely monitoring COVID-19 virus updates provided by the World Health Organization, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Florida Department of Health. In response to the unique circumstances of COVID-19 and our continued commitment to serve our guests with genuine hospitality, we are taking proactive measures based on the recommendations of governments, public health authorities and medical professionals as the health and well-being of our guests and team members is our highest priority.

At this time, there are no travel restrictions to southwest Florida and we are open, however, the following amenities are temporarily modified. When you are ready to travel, we are ready to serve you as our guests.

- The Claw Bar & London Club are both closed.

- Daily housekeeping services have been suspended for the safety of our guests and team members.

- Our guest services desk has modified hours of 7:00am- 11:00pm.

- All beaches in Collier County are closed.

- In addition to the change in amenities, Bellasera is only accepting new reservations scheduled to arrive after April 30th, 2020.

FLEXIBLE RESERVATION POLICY

We are temporarily adjusting our reservation policy to allow more flexibility when booking. You should have confidence and peace of mind in knowing if your travel plans change abruptly, we will provide flexibility to allow changes and modifications to your reservation. View the details here.

OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS

We take great pride in our cleanliness standards at Bellasera and are taking additional precautionary measures to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. These additional measures include:

- Our housekeeping teams spending extra time sanitizing high traffic areas including but not limited to hallways, elevators and common area doors.

- Continuing to use only commercial-grade cleaning and disinfecting products manufactured by Ecolab or Proctor & Gamble that are known to kill coronavirus and other bacteria on surfaces.

- Our guest services teams disinfecting our guest services areas at a minimum of once an hour.

- Continuing to educate our team members on how to stay healthy, and communicating resources available through our internal newsletter.

- Encouraging any team members that might feel under the weather to stay home.
