The Bellasera Resort is seeking Full and Part Time Maintenance Technicians 

Essential Job Functions and Requirements:

• Responsible for the execution of scheduled preventative and regular maintenance repairs throughout the resort.

• Clean and service hotel pool and hot tub, including keeping correct chemical balances and maintaining equipment (will train).

• Coordinate with all other departments, including Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Restaurant personnel. 

• Must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment and follow all company procedures.

• Be able to work in a neat and efficient manner, keeping all work areas clean and well organized.

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

• Plumbing, HVAC and Painting experience preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role with a good understanding of English, both written and oral.

The Bellasera Resort is seeking Full and Part Time Guest Service Agents

Essential Job Functions and Requirements:

•   Greeting all arriving guests in a warm and welcoming manner with genuine hospitality.
•   Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs.
•   Provide guests with hotel and restaurant information, while simultaneously highlighting local attractions and points of interest.
•   Receive and direct incoming phone calls and receive and respond to emails throughout the shift.
•   Process guest payments and make guest reservations.
•   Coordinate with all other departments, including Bell Service, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and the Claw Bar restaurant.
•   Help diffuse and resolve conflict with guests and report issues to management in a timely fashion.
•   Must have the ability to interact effectively and politely with other employees and managers in all departments, as well as guests and vendors.
•   Ability to read and write in English (Spanish a plus!) and perform written correspondence with guests in a professional manner.
•   Strong leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to excellence at the highest level.
•   Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

ADA Requirements:

•   Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl; talk to hear, and taste or smell.
•   Must be able to stand, walk, and move through all areas of the hotel/resort/property 25% of the assigned shift.
•   Must be able to remain in a stationary seated and/or standing position 75% of the assigned shift.
•   Maintain physical stamina and mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
•   Adequate manual dexterity to operate office equipment, and engage in lifting, up to 25 pounds regularly.
•   Specific vision abilities are required for the position, and they include: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus.
