Earle Hall

Earle first entered the hospitality industry at the age of 14 working as a busboy at the Holiday Inn of Monroe, Michigan. Because of his passion and eagerness to learn, Earle was rapidly promoted to positions of front desk manager, dining room manager, sales and catering manager and eventually, Assistant Innkeeper. In 1982, Earle made the move to Naples, Florida, vowing to never shovel snow again. Since then, Earle’s career spans over 35 years working as an accounting executive for upscale Florida resorts and clubs, including the Naples Beach Hotel, The Amelia Island Company, and Indian River Plantation. In 1999, Earle joined SunStream Hotels & Resorts serving as the Director of Finance for 7 years. In 2006, Earle had an opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream of owning his own hotel and purchased the Anton Valley Hotel in El Valle de Anton, Panama. The hotel soon became the #2 top-rated hotel in the Country of Panama on TripAdvisor. In 2011, Earle returned to Naples and joined the Bellasera team. When not at work, Earle enjoys boating, cooking, and playing with his three dogs.
